- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

- Free Shipping on all orders over $149.
- A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders below $149.

- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (where applicable)
- Delays caused by customs clearance or international transit
Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs charges.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
If your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, contact us at info@crispyjewelry.com with your order number. We’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You can request to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting info@crispyjewelry.com.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item as appropriate.
