Refund policy

At Crispy Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • It must include all original packaging, certificates, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • The item must not be a custom, engraved, or personalized piece, as these are final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@crispyjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  • Please securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If your order included a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@crispyjewelry.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@crispyjewelry.com.
